Applications and CV submissions

For the purpose of submitting your CV to our company, we ask that you read the following information carefully, and consent to the processing of your personal data.

Privacy notice

In order to comply with the data protection legislation, we hereby advise you of the following with regard to the use of your personal data and your rights.
G&G Advertising & Communication, with registered offices at no. 15/4 Via del Romito, Prato, Italy 59100, is in possession of personal data concerning you, regularly provided by yourself, directly and by your own volition, received by mail or fax, hand delivered, or else transmitted by filling out the form on the website www.gegad.com, and supplemented with the submission of your curriculum vitae.
Pursuant to and by effect of art. 13 of Italian Legislative Decree no. 196 of 30 June 2003 (The Personal Data Protection Code), in its capacity as data controller, G&G is required to provide you with certain information regarding the purposes, methods, and scope of communication and dissemination to which your personal information is subject, and undertakes to use the information received in compliance with the existing regulatory framework.

Purposes and methods of processing

The data will be processed by G&G on paper, computerised, or telematic media, taking care to record them with precision (so that they effectively correspond to that which you have indicated), to update them based on any changes that may be communicated, and to store them in a format that allows for your identification for a period of time no greater than that required for the purposes for which they were collected.
For personnel screening purposes, G&G may ask you to submit your curriculum vitae, as well as any personal and identification data useful for verifying whether your professional profile meets the company’s needs, and reserves the right to eliminate the data received from its archive if they are found to be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date.
The provision of the requested data is optional. However, the failure to provide the data in question will not allow us to respond to notices regarding available positions or to receive your unsolicited application. By providing the requested data, you expressly consent to the processing of your personal data by G&G for all the purposes mentioned above.
You can verify the data concerning you, and request that they be corrected, updated or deleted (art. 7 of Italian Legislative Decree no. 196/2003), or exercise any of your other legal rights, at any time, by writing to the data controller, even via e-mail, at the address touch@gegad.com.

Warning

Any sensitive data pursuant to art. 4, paragraph 1, letter d) of the Personal Data Protection Code that you may have provided (or rather personal data capable of revealing racial or ethnic origins, religious, philosophical, or other beliefs, political opinions, party affiliation, memberships in trade unions, associations, or organisations of a religious, philosophical, political nature, as well as personal data capable of revealing health status and sexual orientation) will not be considered, and will be deleted immediately. If you should decide to disclose sensitive information that you believe to be pertinent to your application, you are asked to expressly indicate that you consent to the processing of the data in question.
